Contact form
Your name, organization, email, phone, and whatever you tell us about the event: its name, date, location, estimated attendance, which experiences interest you, which setup you want, and any note you add.
Card order inquiry
Your name, organization, email, phone, the card style you want, who the cards are for, your photography situation, how many cards per player, whether you asked about the team offer, and any note you add.
Both forms send one email to Play@InningZero.com. That email is delivered by Resend, an email service that processes the message on our behalf. A copy also goes to the agency that built and maintains this site, so they can tell whether the forms are working. Nobody else receives it.
Your submission is not stored in a database on this site and is not added to a mailing list. It lives in the Inning Zero inbox like any other email, and we keep it as long as we need it to answer you and to run the booking it belongs to.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. If you change the accessibility or theme settings, that choice is saved in your own browser and never leaves your device.
When you submit a form, your IP address is checked briefly and in memory to stop the same address from flooding the inbox. It is not written to a file and not kept after the check.
Our experiences are for young players, but this site is meant for the adults who book them. The forms should be filled in by a parent, coach or organizer, not by a child.
Email us at Play@InningZero.com and ask for a copy of what you sent us, a correction, or its deletion. We will do it and confirm when it is done.
If we change how the forms work, we update this page and the date at the top with it.
